ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF

East Kalimantan

Job Responsibilities 

  • Provide administrative support in the working area according to the applicable RKU and RKTPH.
  • Manage schedules, permits, development, supplies, and personnel mobilization.
  • Record and monitor inventory stock.
  • Coordinate logistics procurement and its reporting.
  • Manage and maintain camp inventory including K3 equipment, fire fighting equipment, medical supplies, and other supporting activities.
  • Support division staff in carrying out other activities if necessary.
  • Support camp operational activities including maintenance, repairs, and cleanliness.
  • Carry out other tasks assigned by the Camp Coordinator or other relevant supervisors.

Job Requirements 

  • Male/Female
  • Minimum high school/vocational school education, preferably in Office Administration or other relevant fields
  • Maximum age of 28 years
  • Physically and mentally healthy
  • Able to work independently and in a team
  • Willing to be placed at the camp in East Kalimantan
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written, is a plus
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
