We are looking for a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as a Camp Coordinator. This role is essential in supporting orangutan conservation efforts through field monitoring and team coordination.

Responsibilities

• Supervise orangutan monitoring activities in the field.
• Oversee the daily tasks and responsibilities of monitoring staff.
• Assist the Program Manager in developing annual plans and programs for monitoring and orangutan release activities.
• Supervise the use of inventory and submit requests for program needs.
• Manage the monitoring staff, including conducting observations, evaluations, and ensuring compliance with foundation policies.
• Record data on phenology and biodiversity.
• Submit regular written reports to the Program Manager.

Requirements

• Minimum education: Diploma (D3), preferably in Biology or Forestry.
• Willing to be based in East Kalimantan.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
